Anyway, back on topic. I found today's match strangely anti- climactic. It didn't really feel like a world cup quarter final. Not sure if that's because I was watching at home with the constant request to switch to CBeebies, or because it was Sweden or because we were ahead for a lot of it.

I'm probably quite like a middle aged critical star wars fan. We're in a world cup semi final! it doesn't feel like Italia 90 but that's more because I'm not 11.
