    Juve is very interested in Klose and that is why the Crouch link is even more surprising.
    Just believe and you never know what will happen.

    According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

            I really like Crouch as a player, but his weaknesses are there for all to see. If LFC are to constantly challenge for the top 2 competitions, Crouch isn't good enough for the first XI week in week out, simple as. As for "proven" - proven what, exactly? Goalscorer? Hardly.

            If we were to only recoup the £7m I probably wouldn't be happy selling, but £12m is a lot of money for a squad player.

                I wouldn't sell him for £12mil...unless we were getting a top top replacement. He is our top scorer and is very popular with the other players. That should count for something. Fowler should be the first to be replaced as he is a shadow of his former self.

                    I really like Crouch as a player, I just said that. I am a big fan of his, but he isn't worth £12m, and he doesn't have the benefit of him being a potential player. This is pretty much as good as he's gonna get. His link up play is good, his technque excellent, but he is shocking in the air, and his finishing is not good enough, despite his goal record this season. He is a unique type of player, it's true, but I'm fairly confident in Rafa's ability to bring in a better player. The only player we've let go and not really replaced under Benitez is Hamann, and that was more forced upon us.
