    Moronic Arsenal Fans

Today about half an hour before kick off about 40 Asrenal "Casuals" walked behind the kop singing the "Sign on song" obviously trying to get a reaction and cause trouble.

A few bottles were lauched at them and a few very minor scuffles before the mounted police got them in check & moved them on.

Think the LFC fans looked on in disbelief at these 80's throw backs but it could have been nasty had any LFC fans reacted

Shame really as all the proper Arsenal fans gave the Justice for the 96 a good round of applause.

Always a minority of dickheads at very Club
On a positive note it was nice to hear them clap along to the JF96 chants at the end and even some Arsenal fans joined in the YNWA rendition at the start of the game.

I went to the away game against them earlier in the season.

It really opened my eyes to how souless their stadium is and how generally poor their support is.

Always thought Arsenal fans were sound enough, they don't get much of an atmosphere at the Emirates
true but usually there away support is pretty vocal.

With respect, I think Arsenal is a fantastic club, extremely well run and an example to all.

I agree, don't really understand why they get slated so much, in fact i'd probably support them if Liverpool didn't exist.
I admire the way they don't go out splashing the cash for talent and you gotta love the way they play football, it's beautiful.

To be fair mate, I can't think of ANY team's away support not being vocal. They're the most passionate fans, therefore (usually) the most vocal supporters.

Not trying to cause an arguement but how is going to away games make u a more passionate fan?
Fir enough you clock up some miles, spend your hard earned money on watching your team but still i don't think it makes you a bigger fan than someone who watches from home imo.

They are a lot like Man United in some respects. I'm not that old but I remember them before Wenger came and they didn't half play some ****e football. Very boring, typical of a George Graham side.

I mention Man United because everybody talks about them but pre-premiership they were a very poor side. They were not the club they are today. I think people forget that.

I think the reason why Arsenal gets slated is because people have long memories!
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!

You obviously haven't been to their new stadium.

A representation of everything that is wrong with the modern game.

Really? Missed that. I was loitering outside the ticket office about 25 minutes before kick off and saw/heard nowt.

The few Gooners I spoke to after the game were positively gushing about the "mind-blowing atmosphere" and the reception given to Henry when he went off.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Doesn't make you a bigger fan, but away fans tend to be more vocal.
Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

Yeah I saw them getting led away by the mounted police, was wondering what happened there. There's always some bunch of ****s that want to **** things up for everyone else.
