    That's sad for a start.

I have said on countless occasions I'd love Bellamy to break double figures this season, he was superb today and It looks like I'll have to eat humble pie by end of the season. Good.

I'm not so stubborn I'd prefer to be proved slightly wrong for the sake of Liverpool football club doing well.

I'm bored with the entire thing now anyway.

    Next.
Like many people on this forum I was getting fed up with you making ultra negative, flippant comments all the time. I could've chosen any number of your pearls of wisdom to highlight just how negative you are about everything, but I happened to latch onto this.

About you potentially being proven 'slightly wrong'. You never implied Bellamy would probably get just under the amount of league goals Cisse scored. You said if he beat it you would eat your hat. In other words you couldn't conceive of it happening - it was an example of the kind of sheer negativity that had frustrated so many on this forum.

Some people reacted to this negativity by just insulting you, others tried to rationalise with you, and I thought this would be one pretty harmless way of making a point about your negativity. Because the point of the signature is not really to prove your prediction itself wrong, but to make you realise your constant negative bleating is not the objective and rational realism you seem to think it is.

Listen, if you don't like it being in the signature for whatever reason I will remove it no probs.

Does anybody know how long Riise has left on his current contract? I can't remember the last time he signed an extension.

If Riise is one to leave in the summer, Liverpool must expect £5-6m for him. Personally, I think he'll be at Anfield for a few years to come.

Shaggy, I'm with you. Riise has been poor for a long time. A decent shot does not make you good enough for LFC. Aurelio was good today against a poor team, but his crossing and passing are decent. I think he's more of a solid winder though. BTW, Neill played left back for Blackburn tonight. Any see it? Looked ok from what I saw. Get's booked a lot though....

still too early to say Shags, but he did play well today in my view with some intelligent and well executed passing. one game is one game tho.

Thought Aurelio passing today was sublime at times. And he's about the only playter we have who's won championships. But yet to be convinced he's a LB material and would like to see this formation against the better sides.

Get Alves on the right and we've got the team?

Riise for me whatever anyone thinks of his faults , when he's in the team we don't conceed.
Its almost like Carra and Sami know his weaknesses and compensate.
I'm just thinking with Agger are we going to loose that.

People also forget how good he is in the air.

                  I like Riise.
end of day how many left backs have thier own song
Its times like these we learn to live again FF

Im afraid you couldn't make a decent left back out of both thier positive attributes combined. Aurelio is actually looking the better option at the moment as Riise's ability to get sucked out of position is known by other clubs and is being exploited. I know Jon has scored some magnificent goals for the club but a left back he aint. Aurelio looks way more comfortable as a wing back as in todays game, wouldnt like to see him against a positive running winger like CR at Man U though.

                      No, there isn't any need.

I've been trying to work out what it says about AnfieldDanfield that he feels anyone must be "egocentric" to try to prove him "wrong in front of the forum." I was thinking that Polo was just bored of him but that possibility doesn't seem to have occurred to the Great Realist.

                      Any suggestions?

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Because it's pathetic, that's why. That doesn't mean it's important, I'm sure we'd agree on that.
