No way would I sell Riise, he's been ****e the last month yes, but over the last couple of years he's been really good for us. If nothing else it is good to have someone like him to rely on as backup - rarely injured, always puts in the work, can play LB or LM, knows how to play his part in a tight defensive unit, and chips in with the odd goal too.

For incomings I think we should be after a couple of really quality attacking players with a bit of pace and flair. That's what we're missing.

I agree with you, he is versitile and although he has been off form, the difference to the defence when he is not playing was very obvious last season. He is also our only defender who knows what a goal is!!!!
