I've never understood this about the transfer window.
Everybody knows it opens on 1 January but deals should be being done before that which will go ahead from 1 January. Instead it appears that everybody waits until 1 January before starting their transfer business.
I'm not exactly gutted about missing out on £uca$ Nei££, but you get the feeling we will be waiting right up to the last minute to complete our business.Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.
Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!
