Gotta admit, I like little Louis, but he drive me mad at times. If we could use him in a deal for Torres or Aguero, then we would have done good business.

Not a big fan of Simao any more, would much prefer Alves. simao doesnt look like a fighter to me and could have trouble adaptingOriginally posted by SpeedyG View PostI really do think someone like Simao would be a good upgrade.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

I would let Luis go, only if it ment you could get Torres or Aguero in some kind of deal.
Luis for all his given away he still comes up with the special moments he's a big time player probably or most technically gifted player we have IMOWhen you feel like you're done, you are not alone........

No way would i let luis go. He's our man. Yes a little frustrating at times, but hey, who isn't?
We gotta show a little loyalty if we expect the same in return. He's a technically gifted player is garcia. Atletico wouldn't be enquiring otherwise. I personally don't think we've seen garcia's best yet.
Sell him? BULL****! And whoever thinks we could swindle a trade deal for either Torres or Aguero is dreamin!Me Scuzi!

I just can't imagine Luis in an Atletico shirt...Originally posted by AFII View PostAtletico Madrid were hoping to sign Liverpool's Luis Garcia in January, before his serious knee injury.
The Spain striker is out for the rest of the season after injuring a cruciate ligament during the Carlling Cup humbling by Arsenal last week.
But before that Madrid's lesser-known team were hoping to take Garcia away from Anfield.
AS claims that Atletico have made enquiries about his availability, but have been knocked back by Liverpool.
The paper claims the situation could change in the summer, and meanwhile Atletico have been quoted a price of 20 million Euros for Benfica wide man Simao.

He's far more suited to la liga and thats why atletico are enquiring - morientes the same. Just not quite up to the rough and tumble of the EPL. Don think that Torres or Aguero would come as part of the deal but i'd still let him go at the right price.
Technially gifted maybe, but produces the goods far too seldom.Fernando Torres
I dont just love him, I'm IN love with him

Pity he were injured, could have cashed in on him, not consistent or reliable enough for me."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

I believe he was on loan from Barca at the time (around 2004) and did so well they recalled him.Originally posted by matycowling1007 View PostHe played for them 30 times scoring 9 goalsThere is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.
