Its out of us and Celtic but if im honest it sounds like hes swaying Celtics way. I suppose its a hard one for the kid, playing for one of the top teams in Europe or playing for you boyhood team in a shabby league

For a local lad to play for Celtic is bigger than playing for Liverpool, and he doesn't have to move anywhere.

There is plenty of time to be able to choose another club later in his career should he really make it.

He'd be playing regular 1st team football for Celtic before he would be for other clubs should he move south, so it's prob a no brainer decision in the end.

Good luck to him, and if he's good enough and ambitious enough, then we might just see him in a Red shirt in the not too distant future.

Sinc his lub have already rejected an offer, i wonder if it will be possible we outbid Celtic, especially with the new investment. That alone could prove to him that we want him more.

Cos we need all the good players we can get.We ain't exactly swimming in a sea of talented ball players.His grandad was from Donegal and died recently which has made the boy all the more determined to play for us.I read today that Scotland still have 5 years to get him back.Don't know how mind.

I'm sure most Ireland fans don't want players with little connection to the actual country.

My Grandfather was Irish, but in no way shape or form do I consider myself to be Irish in anyway. So how can this kid?
