The way Rafa works is, he'll only shift a player if he's got a replacement lined up. Thats not the case now, but I think Crouch could be and hopr he'll be sold in the summer

I don't think Rafa will sell Crouchy in the summer. He has many possibilities with him, so if he sells him, he'll need to sign another giant I reckon. Which brings me to another question for you...

I think the question should be who Rafa would sign up with a similar playing style? There isn't that many good enough players that plays in the same way as Crouch and that makes it very difficult to replace him.
