Thanjk you.

DIC decided after due dilligence that they had originally overvalued the club. Presumably they made a revised offer, which Moores rejected. Gillett doesn't give a f*** what he pays, he just wants a footy club and if he doesn't get us he'll move onto Newcastle or someone.
And it was LFC who told people he wanted a groundshare by the way. That may or may not be true, but it was them who leaked it.
nicked from ynwa, with respect
So what's ushers problem then, who knows what they lowered their offer to, Moores won't want to undervalue the club, and if they we're trying to be smart and pull out thinking we'd cave, they might bottle it now we appear to be taking this Gillette fella seriously.
It would have been easy for Moores to prevent this. He just had to go out and say the he wanted the DIC offer. That would have probaly bought time. He didnt and it went wrong. I understand DIC, for months they have been told that they were the preferd option and then this from the board. Sorry but Moores ****ed up big time.
I do tend to lose the plot slightly. Allied with a ****ing NIGHTMARE day at work today, this was all I needed.
I feel sick.
Trudged through the front door, missus asks what's wrong, I tell her (DIC).....and guess what? Cue that pitiful bollocks women come out with when trying to cheer up their fella who is depressed about football.
I think I'm going to cry.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
Something I don't understand, why could Moores have just said to the board - (in a cartman style voice) - "Screw you guys I'm going home" and walk off with 80mil?
Yes, this is what I don't understand. Moores could have forced the vote. the guy maybe a bit naive for this big business stuff. May DIC are not doing this without the fore knowledge of Parry and Moores. I hope so - in which case the deal may not be dead.
I cannot see any advantages to Gillett - his record is not impressive - except for raising money for himself. He was hardly considered seriously before and now apparently he has completed due diligence in three days. Inspires confidence that he had done all his homework on the club...not.
