So Moores couldn't have decided for himself without the other 5% is what you're saying then.

Are you SURE of your figures there?

You seem to be implying that more than 20% of shares are unissued

Well, if it's true that Morgan is a part ot the Gillett bid then it's a little bit funny that Moores now MUST sell to him and Gillett.

Gillett himself isn't rich enough so he must have someone to back him up.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Who said Moores MUST sell to anyone, forgive me I've just logged on so I've not seen this statement before.

Gillett will probably have some banks backing him up, like Glazier.

I think the club has around 30% unissued shares. That means that Moores would go down from 51% to around 33% if the unissued shares would be added to the market, then add the 30% unissued shares and you will have 63%.

Sorry, it should have been 12%.

Strange enough Morgan and Granada owns 13%. So either they could have bought that 13% or 13% private shares.

No Gillett means no new stadium for a long time. We also have debts at around £80m.

But the unescapable conclusion is Moores would be short by 12%, which is quite a gap in my opinion.
I think some are being a bit harsh on Moores this morning.

Debts mainly being the future salaries and services owed to players and the season ticket holders...

FFS that was Morgans old trick. Keep up.

You see, now you're going into unchartered territory and I'm going to have to ask you to back up the claim of "no new stadium for a long time"

Moores can't found the stadium himself. Why do you think he want to sell the club he loves.

What's that got to do with Gillett delaying the stadium?

This is shocking, we were going into hand of very rich business man who understood are tradition. The DIC would have opened up the Arab market to us thats about 800million people who love football, now if we are lucky we'll team up with a a poor mans glazer and attract 200'000 supporters.

Never mess with an Arab and its moneyy
