nonsense. LFC is under no obligation to do anything exept obey British company law and consider a new bid.Originally posted by AFII View PostAll they had to do was to make a quick decision about something they already knows everything about. Why delay that decision?
Unless you have more access to the Anfield halls of power than Dunk, you do not know the exact details of either bid so you do not know what if anything has changed in either bid.
so all the criticism is ill informed, ill advised, uneccesary and quite frankly childish.
a lot of posters that I respected on KT have revealed a very idiotic side to themselves in this thread.
i'm reserving judgement until the whole thing is played out"At a football club, there's a holy trinity - the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don't come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques"

So why is Gillett willing to pay £500 per share more when he is supposedly taking on debts of £80m plus further liabilities in the region of £220m for the new stadium? Something is not right here.Originally posted by animal magic View Postmorgan was on radio merseyside this morning and basically said the price DIC was offering was too high and he is still interested in buying the clubWhite liquid in a bottle = Milk

Ahh fair enough,
one other point i wanted to bring up is i read that Gillet is worth $1b (which is not enough to buy us and players we want imo)
But i also noticed that moores is worth £1.5b so how are we going to be better off ??????????????????

i reckon morgan is hoping gillett pulls out and moores becomes so desperate he will sell to him at a lower priceOriginally posted by Dhavlos View PostSo why is Gillett willing to pay £500 per share more when he is supposedly taking on debts of £80m plus further liabilities in the region of £220m for the new stadium? Well I wish I could get on my high horse as well, but I wont because I think we have a right to be extremely upset about being promised the deal to take us to the next level and yet we have been delivered a 70 year old former bankrutptee who will borrow heavily to purchase the club and send us into further debt than we're in now.Originally posted by carrsim View Postnonsense.
