Just happy to play is more to the point.

But I concur, Boro will get a fat pay day in the summer from a CL club if he continues his current form.

And he'll choose at the end of the season, which says it all really.

Yup, he's no fool he knows he can cut in in a top 4 club and that he has interet in him from the big clubs.

I know Rafa said at the time of Wodgate's transfer to Madrid that he would have tried to sign him had Madrid not signed him, but i still think at this present moment, he is too much of a liability, injury wise, to be signing him.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                              * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs
