'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Hmmm, seems like only you, me and 24 others have bothered. Hope no-one else thinks this is relevantOriginally posted by ColdKilla View PostI have created a petition for all in favour of retaining a kop end at the new stadium to sign. The world petition I dont actually like as it sounds like we are holding a gun to people's heads but I just hoped if it gathered momentum that the powers that be might realise how important the kop is to us guys!

I would have thought that the steeper it is, the higher it goes, the less square meters it uses. That would leave more room for transport building and there for allow greater capacity.Originally posted by bazza76 View PostThat could have planning implications aswell mate.

If it goes higher then it creates more shade which then you need planning permission for.Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.

I have passed the contents of this thread onto Gary Rowlands, the Director in charge of the stadium project at architects Atherden Fuller Leng and, after he stopped laughing, he promised to take your important views into consideration...
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.
