The whole thing just stinks really. You get the feeling that if this was the scum, Chelsea or Arsenal for that matter the whole thing would have been dealt with by now.
That`s a little dramatic. The FA are always ****e when dealing with these things

Niave. How long did it take for them to resolve the Everton/Fernandes issue.

We may be paranoid, but they ARE out to **** with us.
Why are we being punished when WHU ****ed up?

We`re not being punished per say. It`s just a little complicated with a third party ownership and W/Ham not declaring all the facts.theres alot we don`t know.the FA know we have no game until Barca and can wait until the day before barca to announce the decision.

I still don't understand why we should pay because:
          a/ WHU ****ed up,
b/ The FA didn't do there job in the first place.

Approve him tomorrow, or suffer my wrath.

We knew what we were getting into when we moved for him. It's a pain but we knew there would be hassle. It's not as if he is missing many games for us.

You look far to easily for conspiracy theories, when plain old incompitence seems bar far the simplest and most likely reasoning.

You miss my point mate. There's no conspiracy theory only regret that it's us that are suffering WHY?.

There is NO WAY Rafa would have expected all this BS to be going in.

BTW You don't know me so rein in the "you are conspiracy theorist" BS.

But you are right, they are incompotent

I apologise for taking you the wrong way but you have to admit the quote highlighted in bold makes it sound like you think there is an FA conspiracy against us.

If Rafa didn't expect this then he is a much less intelligent man than I thought. The reason it has dragged on longer than the Fernandes deal is because there are two seperate deals in that case, with no interdependence, so one can proceed without the other assuming all the correct paperwork is done. We have been ****ed by entering into an agreement about a player the status of whom other clubs are looking to sue about. Our agreement hinges on the legality of West Ham owning him in the first place. Although at the start of the saga Rafa may not have forseen all of these problems a lot of them were being talked about much before the transfer deadline.

Maybe Rafa just want to secure him for next season and he would see it as a bonus if he can play for us now.

If Rafa had waited until the summer then he may not have got him at all.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
