Would i sell carra if he got pissed a few days before a big game, no. However, thats because he has no history of doing that. If he did it again, then yes I would sell him.

No, the management will have said that they can go out but some players have overstepped the mark & got pissed. Thats not acceptable 4 days before our biggest game of the season.

i'm well aware that the players are young men. i'm also well aware that players like SG, Crouch & others are seen out in town. i'm from Liverpool & drink regularly in town. I've seen many players having a drink over the years. i'm well aware that great players from the past liked a drink.

However, it is unprofessional to get pissed days before our biggest game of the season. These are professional athletes not sunday league players. Players do need to be able to let their hair down every now & then but 4 days before a big game, on an official club get together in Portugal is not one of those times.

I guess the big test will be the game, because if we perform badly then it will be blamed on this whether true or not. I do not think physically it will affect any player 5 days before a game but i guess time will tell. I also do not believe our captain and senior professionals would have let things get that far out of hand. And being slightly ironic Riise could do with a kickin might knock some ego out of him cos he's been strutting about too much this season.

It takes me one day to get over a hangover and go back to work.They deserve a break in such along season,cut them some slack.

Isn't that what we do on these forums all day long? We have evry right to speculate, discuss etc.. If true, this type of incident tarnishes teh reputation of our club and it is potentially a very serious matter.
