It's all well and good being fiery on the pitch, but we don't want anyone who is as consistently "fiery" as he is off it. Frankly his sort of presence in the squad is a liability. At £6m it was a gamble Rafa could afford to take but, if these reports are to be believed, then the gamble will have backfired. And it's not as if the argument can be countered by his goal tally.

The problem is, if Bellamy is put up for sale on the basis of his latest misdemeanour, who the ****'s gonna want to risk a multi-million pound move for him? Disciplinary issues aside, I'd expect to get more than £6m for him. At this rate we'll do well to recoup what we spent.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

the players involved in this should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves & Bellamy, if the golf club incident is even partially true, should never play for LFC again.
        Spot on with every word.

IF the golf club incident is true then he should be sold in the summer and he should never play for us again.

You simply can't have a player like that in the squad and think that the other players would accept him and forget what happened. They may keep a happy face to the media but I doubt that they do that when they train with him.

It's all about having a great team spirit. If you don't have that then you won't win anything even if you have the best players in the world playing for you.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Just shown the back pages on SSN and one of the broadsheets had a picture of todays training session with Riise, Xabi and Bellamy all having a laugh together so draw your own conclusions from that.

The picture was apparently taken this morning with the caption beside it "smile or I'll hit you oiver the head with a 5 iron"

Theres a photo on the front of "the game" tomorrow (Dunno if thats a guardian extra or something) with a pic from Sundays training of Riise, Bellamy and Alonso hugging and smiling. I know some stuff like this can be deliberately released to say "Look its fine" but just telling ya

That doesn't mean anything IMO. They can just as Ronaldinho and Eto'o was ordered to do that to try and save what you can.

Was the attack made in a "pure" vindictive way or was it a mess way but very drunk? JAR could of provoked him we just dont know, or Bellemy could of went crazy at him with a rush to the head. Id say he regrets the incident alot now.

But to be honest i think it was a crazy way to out-do Simon Cowell at the whole judging singing lark
