Solo is Maestro.

Well maestro is accepted everywhere. Natwest do one card with just Solo on it and another with Maestro on it. The Solo one is a bit restrictive.

How about the official site allows payment via Solo. I guess the 5.3m people in the UK that have a Solo card might be seen as a credible revenue channel. I wanted to buy something from the store and I don't want to use my credit card so I won't bother.

Sorry but it just really pissed me off. The online store is a joke too, what a mess!

It's odd that some places don't do Solo. Does it charge reatilers more for transactions (I know thats why John Lewis don't accept Amex).
