I don't think he is a LFC type player though because of the way he shat on West Ham. Imagine if he does that to us in 6 months time and we've flushed 10 million quid down the ****ter. How will you feel then?
There are certain types of players, mercenaries, which I would prefer LFC to steer clear of.
See no-one else thinks he shat on WHU. Only you do! I don't see any hard evidence to support that hypothesis hence your conclusion is invalid. Sorry.

Well no-one put a gun to his head asking him to sign for West Ham. He seemed remarkably content with the deal when he signed it.

OK, if I'm reading this right, the FA have stated that they appreciate LFC's transparency in this deal, and doesn't breach the FA's rules (ie the player is not owned by a third party). So who owns him if he's on loan for 18 months? West Ham?

What do you call it then when you sign for a club, don't get selected, so you whinge and moan until FIFA make a special ruling to allow you to break your contract?

It says we own him on an 18 month contract. No loan deal. He has apparently severed all links with West Ham.

to be fair I don't remember him whinging and moaning...and I think a guy who played every game at the world cup for one of the top teams is entitled to expect some playing time at a club doing as ****e as West Ham were/are

He didn't have a choice, he was owned by a "third party" not by the previous club, and was told where to go to maximise the profits of one man (agent etc), hence why it has taken so long to get the paperwork cleared and why WHU will eventually be docked points.

The difference here, is that it was the club's policy not to select him. Nothing to do with ability.

                      So...

is this really clever dealings by Rafa to prize him away from MSI through using FA rules?

Is he now independant of MSI?

Apparently so, for 18 months, but Kia Joorbachian has the option to resign him after 18 months if he doesn't agree an etension with us.

So we can now add "Masher Basher" as a term to the trend of supporters who dislike certain players plying their trade in a Red shirt, ah well, there are those that will defend our players to the bitter end, and there are those to like to use their time less productively it seems.

Well I can't quote him (can't be arsed to look) for "slagging them off" but I do remember him saying how he has to move as not playing is bad for the development of his football. That equates to whinging in my book.

But the wast ham fans don't feel shat on!!!! it feels more like he was brought under fals pretenses, kia was going to buy the club, and cooked up a very funky transfer deal, witch mach had no part in, then kia doesn't take controlle of the club and west ham can't live up to the deal and he's put in the cold...

Call it what you want, I don't like the way he's conducted himself in the last 6 months, I think it's shoddy behaviour from a professional.
If the only way you can handle that fact is by name-calling then go right ahead
