It looks like we can forget about Trezeguet.

Juventus demand Gerrard as Liverpool ask about Trezeguet
    tribalfooball.com - February 21, 2007

Liverpool have approached Juventus for striker David Trezeguet.

Corriere dello Sport says Liverpool have been informed by Juve chiefs that they are only prepared to discuss Trezeguet if a swap involving Steven Gerrard is on the table.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

So they would sell Trez then, we wouldn't swap Stevie for anyone. Money talks, so I suspect they have a price.

They did the same when we under Ged enquirered about Del Piero. Something like: "If you want Del Piero, then give us Owen"

Just the Italian way of trying to put us off!

Would you not sell Stevie for say £70m?

Why don't we do a deal with West Ham and get them to sign him for a few months then we can grab him off them next January for a fee!?
