Scallywags in Toronto! Not usually that much atmos for the games that start at 7:30 AM our time, but the Champions League ties guarantee a lot of pre-match drinking to get the singing started.

For Istanbul I showed up at the pub at 8:30 am for a 2:45 local kick-off...needed to get the lucky booth!

I was called a "sad *******" that day

I thought it was illegal to watch matches anywhere except the ground itself or the pub.

That's what I tell the wife anyway.
What have I learned, Mr Mackay? Three things. One - bide your time. Two - keep your nose clean. And three - don't let the *******s grind you down

Not expectng many Reds down here in Brighton, but I'll be in the pub anyway. Fairly sure that most of the locals will be supporting Barca. Dirty Southern Scum.

Where are you planning then? Stay at home?
Think I'll go and stir it up with a few Chelsea fans

I'll be at home watching it on Sopcast in a little window on my desktop. Wish I was in a decent pub somewhere, with KP nuts on a saucy cardboard woman behind the bar and stale crisps.

Yeah, watching it at home. Watching 'big' games surrounded by Arsenal, West Ham and Chelsea fans is hell.

I'll be at Anfield for the second leg though..

I'll be watching in a bar down the road from work in New York.

I'm always amazed at how packed these bars get with ex-pats from Ireland & England, considering it's the middle of a work day. I wish I had taken the day off to watch it at home.
