Kaka now theres a player that is world class,

A great player to watch so comfortable on the ball and can open defences easly. Would love to see him at Anfield

But looks like its staying at Milan or going to Barca or Real Madrid

Ideally, I'd like Eto'o, Lennon and Ribery. Both Ribery & Lennon could play on either wing. On top of that Owen & Gareth Bale wouldn't go a miss either
          AKA Heighway No9

              Very probably!!!!

I think its important to buy a mix of players in the summer. If we buy 5 or 6 with no experiance in England we will not win the league next season in my view no matter how good they are. Look at Ballack & Shevchenko. class players who haven;t reallt adapted yet, but in my view they will be very much more effective next season.

Owen can't be ignored. a top class player, a natural finisher who would take no time at all to feel at home

He might take a while to get fit though Bob and there's a good possibility of him breaking down again soon after he joins.

I'd rather go for Ashton or Bent if you want a striker with Premiership experience. Just a personal opinion

I think the ship has sailed for Owen. Rafa wont take him back.

Left side we could have Gonzo, Harry K , and Adam Hamill.
Now the problem here is that all 3 have great potential( the dreaded word) but who knows if they will fulfil it.
Kewell - Whos to say and been done to death - personally i think he's finished (or if he ever really started)

Hamill - Too young to see him make any immediate impact in the next season or so IMO

Gonzalez - Has it all to prove for me and next season he has to make an impact, but could well be the solution if he does well.

ribery would be a great signing for us...

i wonder if he will be mentioned at the end of the season if marseille want to keep cisse but cant afford to lay out cash?

Probably but you never know with Rafa. He signed Crouch, Bellamy and Pennant. I think that there will be one or two surprise signings.

I have said before that Owen probably won't be an option until 2008 but if he is available for £8m then Rafa may take a chance, who knows.

A fit Owen is one of the best strikers in the world and normally a world class striker will cost over £20m.

I would take Eto'o before Owen but if Rafa can get Owen, Alves and Klose for the price of Eto'o then I wonder what he would choose.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                          All things being equal? Eto'o

IF we got Eto'o, Ribery and a quality left winger, i'd stick £100 on us winning the league

I don't know what your problem is but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce

Maybe, maybe not. Eto'o have the same problem as Owen. He will have to prove that he is fit again.

Eto'o himself have said that he won't be 100% fit again until 2008.

It's scary when you think about how good he played in the last game and he isn't anywere near 100% yet.

He doesn't really have the same problem as Owen as Eto'o has played regular football in the last 3 seasons whereas Owen hasn't.
