maybe he shouldn't have said lost control, but when the extent of his 'losing control' is shouting at Riise, then I think all this talk of disgracing himself is ludicrous.

I personally think that some of the reactions to his comments are way over the top!

Ok, Bellers has admitted he 'lost control' = so what!? We all knew that anyway going by all the stories about the incident. All Bellers has now done is try and put an end to the matter by probably answering some questions to a reporter about the incident to put it to bed once and for all.

When will people give the guy some slack? Never probably, as he's a character that people love to see in the headlines for the wrong reasons and causing a stir every now and then so that they can have another go at the lad.

I pity individuals who love to have a go at him every time he's in the headlines for the wrong reasons. If he'd have said nothing about it people would probably have said 'why hasn't he come out and put an end to it all?', and now that he has done just that they're having a go at him for 'bringing it back up again'!

It's not what he said, he played it down, it's just the fact that he felt the need to say anything when it's all supposed to be done with! Leave it be!

I will be very surprised if he still is a Liverpool player next season.

Rafa is only playing him because he doesn't have any other option IMO. He is the only attacker we have with some pace.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I'm hopeful but by no means certain. On a purely footballing level Bellamy should definitely stay albeit not as a first choice. However none of us know what Rafa is thinking so there is still that little bit of doubt over Bellamy's future for me.

i think so too, i dont see rafa selling over an incident as tame as this. theres always the worry he will do something worse but for some reason i think bellamy is calming down. a few years ago he would have made JAR eat that golf club

                                "Pride?"

How does that work then? Would you not then feel like a violent tosser?

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
