If he doesn't improve his passing game then he will probably be benched very much next season with Mascherano replacing him on the pitch.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

While i dont think Momo will ever be knocking Hollywood balls all over the park, i dont think its too much too ask for him to get the 5 yarders right.

Was it Shanks or Sir Bob used to say never pass to 1 red shirt when theres 2 in the other direction, somebody should drum that into Momo.

He wins a lot of challenges but to what use if he gives away the ball a few seconds later?

Tell me then if his many challenges that he wins is to any use if he gives away the ball to the other team because of a bad pass a few seconds later.

Momo is a great player but he lacks the most important thing, a good final touch.

Mascherano probably wins as many challenges as Sissoko but he isn't giving away the ball as many times as Sissoko.

Gerrard is great, as was Souness, Hansen, Dalglish, Barnes, Rush, Owen....

Momo is average at best, and there's more to his limitations than a poor final touch, as yesterday proved. A player with any natural ability and skill can still pass the f*ckin ball, even on an off day.

He had a good game against Barca though, but yesterdays game was one of the worst performances I've ever seen in a red shirt.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Can't agree with that but agree with the rest. He's a great tackler and has great stamina put he can't pass a ball for **** and never could. It's not just yesterday, most games i watch him he invariably gives it away cheaply after winning it superbly.just win it and play it nice and simple to Xabi or Stevie,Momo and let them do the rest.Maybe in a few years his passing will come up to the standard of the Didi's then we'll have a player.

Momo is indespensible for us on Tuesday! Without him, Ronaldinho, Xavi and Deco will run the show in midfield.

It's hard to pass the ball with such long legs, I reckon

IMHO his passing will improve as will his composure and he will be the first player on our teamsheet for years to come and go down in history as one of our all time greats.
The fact is there are not many players like him in the world.

And also, Mascherano does not win as many balls nor does he strike fear into the hearts of our opponents to the same degree.

There's plenty of players around the world like him, pop over to your local park on a Sunday and you'll see 22 players who can't pass the ball for sh*t.
