I know if i had ordered mine from the club shop i'd have expected to receive it a few days later.
Maybe it's just me but in here I've seen people reporting that they received theirs earlier than the 10th.
And yes - I did expect to get a few days later but by checking my bank account this morning I could see that they still hadn't charged me - which made me suspect that they would make me wait at least until some time next week...

I think you were expecting too much.

I would imagine they just post orders in the order they received, after that it's up to the postman.

And with you being in Denmark I think it's not unreasonable to expect you'd get yours later than the blokes in England.

        Are you Parry in disguise?
        Or my wife?

        Yeah - you're probably right...
It's just that I haven't bought a shirt for some years which makes the expectations even higher.
You've got yours - is it nice??

          I really like the jersey.

The reason I'm kinda arguing with you is that I think while the club takes plenty of stick for it's merchandising activities (a lot of it rightly) but I don't think this particular instance is one that you should attribute much blame to the club.

They've clearly worked out a simple effective method of shipping orders, you unfortunately have to wait an extra few days. If they're system helps get kits out quicker at the inconvenience to a minority well I think it's not a bad thing.

Good to hear about the jersey - it's always exciting to it up close because pictures sometimes seem to flatter.

It's fine with the argument but I was led to believe that I'd receive mine on the 10th as well - I was never told that because I'm Danish I have to wait a couple of days.
Looking backwards off course I should have known but I'm not into the whole ordering/producing/shipping business so I don't know how they make things click.

And the size? - I saw someone saying it was close fit?!

I mean no offense with this question but where does the money go when you buy from kitbag?
I like to support the club by making sure that all my merchandise is bought directly at the club but if this goes on they force you to look for alternatives...
By the way - after having tried at least 30 times I finally got through to the Hotline. All they could tell me was that as a foreigner I'd be getting my package later than the rest - they hoped that I'd have it in a week's time...
Mate I'd rather buy all my merchandise directly from the club as well, however,,,,,

I saved £10 on my shirt and shorts through kitbag plus I saved £12 on shipping. Also when I buy stuff directly from the club it typically takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.

I'm in the Caribbean and my shirt/shorts ordered from Kitbag arrived this afternoon!!!!!!!!!

              No brainer to me.

I get your point but I'm still gonna hang on to my morale principles and buy from the club...
No offence but all of us dream of number 19 and slate the club for not bringing the biggest players to Anfield - well it's down to the money...
And yes - I know that the CL og television rights bring more cash but if the supporters don't show up or buy the stuff then no TV channel would be interested in airing us and so the circle turns black!!

Mate I've spent a fortune buying stuff from the official store over the years, plus my supporters club membership and e-season ticket.
However when they started charging me £25 shipping last year (and the stuff comes on the ****in banana boat, it takes so long to get here!) I draw the line. Kitbag charged me £13 shipping and it arrived 2 days later!
I'd gladly give my hard earned money to the club but not when they are ripping me off

I still have not received mine. I ordered if from the offal well before the cut-off date for pre-orders too.

I emailed them on Saturday no reply as yet.

My brother ordered his from another on-line sports store when the offal sold out and he recieved his on the 10th.

I understand why you've left the official party...
I'm also heading for the door.
The other day I called the Hotline in order to know where my order.
They told me I had to wait 7 days.
Then suddenly I got an email from them (on here chewyuk suggested that I wrote them instead) saying that they couldn't find the order and they wanted me to make the order all over again...
I called the Hotline again - they found my order but now I should expect a waiting time of 10 days!!!

I don't know abut the store but the offal certainly needs to get up to speed.

                              Posted in their ticket section:

                              Arsenal v Liverpool
                              Barclays Premiership at Highbury
                              12 Nov 2006

As soon as we have ticket information for this game it will appear here. Priority is likely to be given to Season Ticket holders based on attendance at 05/06 FAPL away games

                              I live with Steptoe.

We should get a good allocation for that one.
