Third isnt secure yet mate and fouth is still in the balance with Bolton hanging around. I don't think the rotations would be to dramatic because our job in the prem isnt complete yet.

Mate we will definitely get top 4, whether Rafa rotates or not. I have to say I am not confident about getting 3rd what with Arsenal having games in hand and nothing else to play for but there is no way we'll finish outside the top 4 whatever happens

We've got Arsenal a couple of days before PSV away, I imagine Rafa will rest a few players for that one...

Milan might have thought wearing their white kit would be lucky but they should have realised there is no way we would have won playing in that monstrosity.

It makes no difference at all. With all due respect to Arsenal (which is none), but we've got bigger fish to fry than them so if Rafa wants to rest players for that game in preparation for PSV I have no obejction.

Only time we've won a final in an away kit was the 1981 League Cup Final Replay v West Ham - 2-1. Otherwise it's been consistently desperate.

EDIT: Oh, and of course the 2001 Arsenal Cup Final. Doh!

I'd have no hesitation resting Carra, Reina, Gerrard, Alonso, Finnan, Riise and Kuyt against Arsenal.

But you get millions more if you reach the CL semis rather than the quarters. It's a no brainer. CL semis and 4th over CL quarters and 3rd.

Villa on the 18th (First choice eleven - try out Masher/Alonso in the middle)

Internationals on the 24th (lots of travelling for Stevie, Carra, Kuyt, Reina etc)

Arsenal on the 31st (Rest key players - play Fowler, Pennant, Sami, Gonzalez etc)

PSV away on the 3rd

Let's do it. It's one thing not resting them against Scum before the Barca game, but Arsenal are small fry on our horizon.

We should do a Ferguson re the internationals. All our players should feign injury and pull out of the game. I am willing to put money on Rooney, Giggs, Ronaldo and teh crack head not making their respective international games.
