The digging will not start later this month as originally planned. I think changing the architects will probably delay things initially but the stadium should still be finished in time for the 2009/2010 season.

Like I said, einar, I didn't feel I needed to as I've posted lots of information previously about the new stadium from the same source. I even had the original architects plans in my house before they went public...

Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

                        Key word there is "sounds"

Just to me 61.000 seems to be what every one else is building.

And 70.000 puts us in the big league.

We´ll quickly make up for that with the extra 9.000

                              Welcome if somewhat surprising news.
The obvious problem is the infrastructure around the area. It struggles with the current capacity nevermind 70,000. Obviously there will be significant improvements to the infrastructure but its still very hard to imagine 70,000 getting in & out on match days.

As for planning permission, I can't believe new permission wouldn't be needed & given all the problems with the original application this must surely put the start date back.
