Is good thanks, just procrastinating as we speak, got to pluck a few hundred words outta thin air on the rest of this essay, hehe.

Easter break in two weeks, then summer not too long afterwards. It's an easy life which suits me down to the ground

I'm sure with your excellent grasp of the English language that won't be a problem, Charlie!

PARRY ON CLUB COMMITMENT TO NEW STADIUM
          Mark Platt 16 March 2007

Rick Parry has confirmed that a review of the proposed new stadium plans is taking place but insists the club remain totally committed to moving.
The possibility of increasing the planned 60,000 capacity is being investigated, as are ways of further improving facilities for the fans, but the Liverpool chief excecutive is keen to stress that everything remains on schedule.

"We are conducting a very swift review of what is possible," said Parry. "Work has been halted very temporarily in some areas, but our commitment to the new stadium and the regeneration of the Anfield area in general is total. There's no question of that.

"But if there is going to be a review of what might be possible, now is the time. If there are going to be any changes, however, it will be a case of scaling up, not downscaling.

"We want nothing but the best facilities for our supporters because that is what they deserve and we just want to understand exactly what the options are for the future. If there are ways of constructing the stadium which would allow for future expansion, we want to investigate it.

"It makes perfect common sense. We don't want to steam ahead into something which might prevent expansion in the future."

Well, Rick, what did you say before the Yanks got in and asked for this change then?

He had to be contrite as the NWDA cash mattered, now it doesn't mean as much as as it did previously and he won't have to suck up to anyone, hence the tone of the language has changed.

                Good point.
                Now it's another ballgame.
It just feels a bit turncoat.

Yup, but doesn't that have something to do with who his current employer is?

If the old boss wanted you to jump, and you used to say "how high Sir", and the new bosses say leap, your new answer would be "how far Sir?"
