    your achilles goes up the back of your leg mate. As i said in my last post, watch closely when he pulls up...you can see the back of his calf wobble as it ruptures

      A torn calf muscle would look the same. You get spasm of the calf muscle either way

          We were all so gutted for him at the pub today...just as he began to show his quality...

          Let's spare some positive thoughts for the lad...maybe he can figure large in the new era at LFC!

                    Well, there's is another thread about it, but anyhow, it's a pretty bad injury by all accounts. Just been reading Rafa's comments about it and I dont think I've ever heard Rafa being so downbeat. Which is quite worrying.

                    It is a shame though - I thought SAt against Arse was the best he's played for us yet.

                              Liverpool returned in the early hours, with Fabio Aurelio on crutches having been diagnosed as suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon. The Brazilian won’t play again this season.
