The way I see it,booking flights and hotel now is no risk.There will be at least one English team in the final so if we aren't one of them you can flog your booking to a scum or Chelski fan for a vast profit.

Thats only if your changing your flight time to a different time or day.Name changes don't incur those charges as the booking is still for the same time and flight as when it was booked.I've done it a few times.

No. And I would have a very good chance of getting a ticket.
Even if we were to win, most of the trip would be unbearably tense and dangerous. I know that being the type of person I am, I would be unable to enjoy myself in Athens (only if it was v the Mancs) as much as I would if I were in Liverpool.

If we were playing Bayern, I would LOVE it, and be there in a second, having fun with fellow reds and a bissl schmäh with the Bavarians.

My brother has told me that he should be able to get me and him a couple of tickets if we get to the final, but the possibility of aggro you mention has crossed my mind, if we were playing Manure.

Still, if I do manage to get a ticket, there's no way I won't go..

No it's not. We tried to get a name changed on a flight to the Barca game and that's what we were told. Same flight same day and everything.

Really don't want to jinx us, especially as i'm as pessimistic as they come but have any of you already flights booked for Anthens on the 23rd(or similar to that date?) Or even know any mates that have?
I doubt i'll be getting over although i might try and get over to Liverpool if we make the final, atmosphere would be mighty
