I'd rather go and watch Manure play football than our lot to be honest. Rafa is beginning to be very predictable away from home in the league. Dunphy to be sure can be annoying but he has the honesty to say what a lot of us keep to ourselves. Gerrard can never be termed a great until he convinces against both great and lesser opposition i.e Barnes,Souness,Hansen,Rush,Whelan.

Well he did look disinterested tonight, that's not a guess, it is how he looked . As to what is actually going on in his head, or how he really feels, he is the only person who can answer that.


If he had a great game against Boro I would not be hearlding him, and saying he was back to his best. If he managed to throw a consistent run of good performances, with maybe the odd great one, together, then I would be saying that it looks like he is on form, and justifying the "world class" tag that he has gotten.

He was that way at the start of the season too, and was often that was last season. He seems to be immune from criticism at the best of times. I would love for anyone who watched the game today to honestly tell me that he looked bothered about the game today. He looked totally disinteresed in the game, anytime he lost a ball, he just stopped.
