Bloody hell. Its not difficult.
If we finish 5th and win the CL,we are in next year at the expense of whoever comes 4th in the league.
If we finish in the top 4, we are in regardless of where Chavs or Scum win the CL, because there will still be 4 english teams in the competition.

Actually, the TH goes through to the group stages automatically as do the top 2 teams in England.
If we finish second I know that the 10th ranked country gain a place, but if we finish third I suspect all 3 teams would go straight to the group stages
