Thanjk you.

If he want the best team player out of Simao, Alves or Quaresma then Alves is the best choice.
If he want the best attacking player then Quaresma is the best choice.
If he want a mix of Alves and Quaresma but not as good team player or attacking player then Simao is the best choice.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
Will he not be able to bring in Alves and Quaresma??
Surely its not unrealistic to bring them both in
It's not unrealistic.
Alves £18m and Quaresma £20m-£25m.
I would sign both of them. Alves on the right and Quaresma on the left would be excellent IMO.

....and Pennant and Kewell(Thats if he's still around) as back up

I seriously think we only need 1 winger/mid. Alves or Quaresma. Ricky Q being the better option as he can play on either side.
Kewell is easily good enough on the left (have some faith). Gonzo will get better too.
The reason you all want Quaresma instead of Simao is because he's flash like that **** is in Salford.
Never mind the fact that Simao is currently joint top scorer in the Portugese League, is the club captain, a dedicated team player and he's a dead ball specialist - something we desperately need I think we can all agree. Added to that I seem to recall him scoring two crackers against the scum and ourselves in last years European campaign.
I am in no way suggesting that Quaresma isn't a good player, he is. But lets be honest here you are spunking yourselves over the tricks and flicks rather than his level of performance, which is inconsistent.
