          According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                      Id agree kinda, i think the wonder kids should be left alone to develop in a lesser team and learn the trade. Then after a few years pick them up when they have grown up, maybe a pre contract with them so that they could join the club down the road.

                          Joaquin has been playing better recently, but a right wing of Pennent/Gerrard with Alves/Arbeloa would be much much better.

                          Arbeloa has really impressed me.
