i just worry about Robbie maintaining Match fitness, as he will be Sub most games. Realistically would Love to see Robbie get 20 but how many games do you actually think he will start?

Lest we forget, what with our 2 new strikers, we still have a striker called Robbie Fowler on our books.

Robbie is now 5 kilos lighter than when he joined us in January - he's now at his perfect "fighting weight".

The coaching staff are apparently delighted with Robbie's pre-season and are expecting him to play an important role for us this season.

I am really looking forward to this season....

What's 5 kilos in English please?

Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

              * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Yet more good news. So five kilos is 11lbs then huh? Fcuk me...evidence that Robbie really *is* knuckling down. Great stuff.

He'll play the fewest games of the four strikers but he will definitely contribute.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Fowler will be our top scorer this season.

He has lost his pace but his overall play impresses Rafa and he will get his game no doubt,

The guy has alot to prove to himself this season

Would be astonished if he is our top scorer, would love it to be. But it aint going to be!!

                        My guestimates

                        Bellamy 15-18
                        Kujt 15-18
                        Fowler 10-12
                        Crouch 8-10

If we can get 50 goals from our strikers we will win the league imo

Robbie is my childhood hero. I've even gone for GOD 9 on my new shirt but there is no chance in hell he'll get 20+. I doubt he'll get 20+ games!

If Fowler stays fit i think he'll be involved quite a lot! He's still our most natural finisher and with two wingers providing the ammo - i think he'll surprise a few people....well i hope!
