Rafa got his starting lineup wrong tonight. I can't believe Crouchy didn't start. Kuyt has been missing as he has been for most of the season. Don't particularly rate him that highly at all. Zenden should not be on the field; he has no pace, thus not being able to get that extra yard for his crosses, hence the reason why they've all been blocked. Then we have Arbeloa; please tell me Finnan's injured? I can almost guarantee he would have been covering Joe Cole for that goal.

Agger was raped for the goal by Drogba and gerrard has been lacklustre, giving the ball away on numerous occasions.

Changes needed at half time and a bigger effort or this tie could become out of our reach.

Kuyt's been playing well imo but we need more players in the box and our attacks need to be more precise. Chelsea have the game right where they wanted it now. It'll be difficult.

I watched it in a pub full of chavs...my dislike of them is growing. My dislike of the pathetic Drogba is complete. They did, IMHO, look the better team overall, but if the ref hadn't been such a sucker Drogba would have been off. I have also lost faith in Zenden.

God I hope we hammer the ****s at Anfield.

I can't believe Rafa sees good in Zenden. I think all the players should be ashamed of their showing tonight. All the pre-match big-up about "not being just good players but great players", "giving every ounce of energy to get us through" etc would be better spent working on their focus and concentration.

Mascherano, Riise, Arberloa, Agger, Zenden, Alonso should all hang their heads in shame for this absymal display of know-how. This is a champions league semi-final for fcuks sake, not a carling cup game. Ball watching, dwelling on the ball, hesistation, taking your eyes off the ball, taking your eyes off the opposition..... I see no passion tonight. And we were supposedly the 'fitter' team. I will not feel sorry for the players if they go out like this. I can totally see the chavs playing a tight game next week, and hit us on the break (Drogba's specialty). We will lose 3-0 aggregate. fcukers. rant over.

The CHavs defended well but the result is by no means the worst in the world.......We have EVERY chance of turning them over at our place next week just like we did in the league.....have some ****ing faith people.......

I didn't think Zenden was our worst player tonight. Easy target & scapegoat, cos none of us expected him to play. Riise was marked out of the game - they didn't give him an inch, as they know he can hurt them.
