Let's adopt a silence policy on tuesday night, shall we?

There's far more fundamental reasons that that.

Our support was pretty ****e at The Emirates too when there was everything to play for earlier in the season. That day I stood next to two lads from Kent who hadn't been to a game in three years. That's not on. Predictably enough they didn't sing/shout/chant.

Unfortunately I think someone high up in our ticket office is ****ing everyone over. There's just far too many 'daytrippers' at away games these days for any other explanation.

how many away games have you been too this year?

If that's how you see yourself, then fine, some parents & couples just want to watch the game without having to stand, it is the way it is, there is not just one class of supporter, there are all kinds, and they should all be embraced, not frowned upon.

I must be well out of touch then, if i want our fans to get behind the team, be vocal and generate a good atmosphere....

              I'm a weirdo, me...

Hey, what you want and what happens are not always compatible, there are many kinds of supporters who take the opportunity to get tickets when they can with gratitude, to have a go at them because it didn't suit you is also wrong.

                  Alright mate, no probs...

I'm clearly a radical thinker for wanting our fans to give the team some vocal support and produce a cracking atmosphere...

Are you going on tuesday out of interest? If so, dont bother - it'll be noisy and you'll probably hate it.

Not at all, but not everyone wants to do that, some just want the opportunity to get to a game, however it is achieved.

There are different kinds of supporters these days, not just lads standing baiting the other fans. Keane had a go at his own fans if you recall, just for exactly the same thing, some really do just want to sit down & watch, so what.

Er....let me think, five or six I reckon.

Arsenal, Spurs, Charlton, West Ham, Reading and I'm sure there's one more but I cant remember.

                        You ?

All I'm doing is stating an opposite view and you don't like it, again, sorry, but it will be more so in the future, not less.

If everyone thought like that I would genuinely stop going to football matches, I really would.

At the end of the day when I think of Liverpool away ends I think of a vociferous, passionate block of noise and energy. That's how it should be, right ?

The second half away at West Ham our end was loud, ****ing loud. Probably the best I've heard it in the aways I've been to this season. Although it was decent at Charlton too if memory serves.

The problem is, we do seem to be getting quieter and quieter, it's a worry...

So singing is baiting other fans? I'm confused here...

I'm learning some new stuff though, it's grand this...
