    IF we get Eto'o we will have to buy someone else too as its the african nations cup in Jan/Feb which will be a critical time for the title next season

                Tevez was £12M in the paper talk today, reasonable, and I bet we can defer the payments as well, on top of that I suspect he would love to come & play for a Spanish speaking coach in the PL, as well as re-joining his mate Masher. I think the signs are looking good, but not concrete.

                That would leave enough funding to cover Eto'o, if indeed they were the targets, but it's not unreasonable to be thinking that they are the kind of strikers we need to compliment our current crop, less Bellamy & Fowler of course.

                            Why would the owner of Masherano want 14-15 million for him and 12 million for Tevez?

                            Tevez is worth more IMO

                                I think we are only paying that much for Mascher if he delivers.
