Cheers, DeeGame. I can't be bothered reading the whole thread but the comments from Blacky didn't quote a source and seemed to be missed by most people. I hope it's true, though, 'cos we need a bit of backbone in our transfer negotiations...
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.

As usual, he'll probably be getting drunk, posting here all night and watching The Big Lebowski.
      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Yes, "RP". I didn't know he had anything to do with transfers either but given his late-night binges it explains Jean Michel Ferri.

I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue

What tale shall serve me here among

He has said on Revista that he will wait until the Summer, talk with Athletico, then HE will decide if he stays or not. If he leaves it seems certain he will come to the EPL where he feels more valued than in Spain. Liverpool was on of teh clubs mentioned (including Scum and Chavs).

Nothing we didn't know already, but interesting all the same to hear it from the lad himself.

I'd hate him to go to United - they have chased him for years. He would be brilliant in the Premiership in an attacking team. His whole career has been virtually been played alone up front, imagine him alongside Rooney?

I think the original story came from an article in the Daily Post where they were talking about how the new board would be made up, and that Foster Gillett would be handling a lot of transfer issues, but still think Parry will be playing a big part

Well, Rafa has been complaining that things are to slow in the transfer department.
