Tevez's game is the closest thing ive seen to Rooney's game in domestic football.
No way is he an out and out goalscorer.
Id like to see him at the club, but not at the expense of a striker in the mould of Eto, Torres et al.
Garcia out - Tevez in would tick all the right boxes IMO

I have watched Tevez a lot over the last few weeks hes a good player but he isnt an out and out goalscorer - never in a million years

No way would he hit you 20 goals a season
I can make a bet with you Lec.

If Tevez moves to one of the big four next season(Liverpool, Chelsea, Man U or Arsenal) and scores 20+ goals next season then you will give £50 to HJC and if he scores less than that then I will give them £50.

If he gets a long time injury(three months plus) then the bet is off.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

although the liklihood of them accepting a Sweish cheque is remote

The likelihood of AF's carers allowing him to use a pen would be more of a worry

Its hard to write a cheque in crayon

Actually Diouf's goalscoring record in France was fairly average I could never understand why we signed him as an out and out striker

Is this 20 league goals, or 20 in all comps?? If its all comps I think he could do it. Rooney has what, 24 this year? And they're similar players. Tevez is likely to be a central figure wherever he goes as well, a la Rooney at United.

Personally...I would pool all our resources and plump for ex-Bristol City striker.....Bas Savage.

He's at an entirely different level to most of the players mentioned here
