Point taken but McManaman was brought up in the english game so would have had more grounding in the physical side.Originally posted by Howard_lfc View PostYou mean like McManaman Joe?
Hopefully it wont be an issue, but im always a little concerned that a few kicks and he'll lose interest.
Ive only seen him on a highlights clip, and fair play, he looks a quality player, but so did Cisse

Lucas: I could not turn down Reds
By Patricio Figueroa - Created on 12 May 2007
Brazilian ace Lucas says he could not turn down the chance to join Liverpool.
Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez confirmed the club are close to agreeing a deal to sign the highly-rated Gremio star.
The Brazilian youth international is relishing the opportunity to move to Anfield.
"Regarding my transfer to Liverpool, to tell you the truth, I really didn't expect to leave Brazil so soon but what I have been offered and the team from which it came from made it impossible to say no," Lucas told Terra Brazil.
"Liverpool made me an excellent proposal in the financial and professional part.
"In addition I know that my departure is going to give a big hand to Gremio for resolving some financial problems so that makes me happy and makes me calm with the decision that I took of accepting the transfer."
The 20-year-old will remain at Gremio until the end of their Copa Libertadores campaign and Lucas is hoping to leave the Brazilian club on a high.
"I wish to travel to England in July taking in my suitcase the Copa Libertadores title," added Lucas.
"I am very happy and thankful that I have been given the chance to remain at Gremio until the end of the Copa Libertadores because playing this competition and having the chance to win it is something that I have been waiting for since I was a child."Dreams come true. Without that possibility, nature would not incite us to have them.

Maybe Rafa will try to sign Aguero next.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

We are being linked with a lot of players that Rafa tried to sign before. We tried to sign Aguero last summer and Rafa signs a lot of South Americans.Originally posted by fredo View PostWhy Aguero ??Just believe and you never know what will happen.
