I like Momo a lot, he has this boundless energy to run and run, and there's no better ball-winning midfielder around if you ask me. The problem is though that is all he does (albeit brilliantly) and someone like Mascherano has just taken it that up that further level by being someone who can win the ball, and use and distribute it (Sunday aside). While we've got Mascha I see no role for Momo in the side, of course the question is how much longer will we have Mascha and how much will it cost us to keep him?
I'd be sorry to see him go, but at £15m we would def have to bite Juve's hands off (200% profit in 2 years) and that money could go a long way to making the Mascha deal permanent.
If he is still having problems with his vision, as has been reported, and this is a long term problem, then I think we have no alternative really but to look at moving him on.
Shame as he has a lot of potential, just if he could use the ball better and had a bit better judgment when in possesion, he could easily be as good as Vieira was.
