I wonder what kin of success rate Rafa is after with the youth players, we seem to be spending alot of money in that department, with little or no return so far.

i remember reading something by rafa when he said that when he worked at the real madrid youth accademy he had 40 players and they nearly all went on to play for big clubsOriginally posted by bazza76 View Posthopefully we will do

wow that is some success rate that, maybe Spannish football is just different to English football in that respect. Technique will go further in Spain than it will in England.
