He probably won't but you need the right players to play 3-5-2. I think everyone just hopes because it's the only way Gerrard will play in the middle. With Masch, Alonso, Gerrard, Leiva and Momo if he doesn't play 3 in the middle I can see a lot of players being upset. I'm not one to second guess Rafa, nor am I one to be negative about new signings or prospective new signings......
but...........
I watch as much Spanish Football as I can and have seen Milito play a fair few times this season alone and have not been impressed at all. He is slow and whilst he is hard as nails, i've seen him brushed aside and skinned by the more diminutive strikers in La Liga.
