Well I think ITV, **** as they are have probably won my vote as the channel of choice to watch it on......none other than KING KENNY will be in the studio.
Pity he'll be surrounded by knobs.
On second thoughts, I'll defo watch the buildup to it on itv, and then switch to rte probably.
Gotta listen to what the king has to say, dontcha!

Just found that out .Originally posted by TheStig View PostITV are starting their CL Final coverage at 7 on ITV1 tomorrow
.
I shan't be watching it anyway, it'll be ****. I usually don't bother with before/half time/full time bollocks anymore.
They are still crap as you say, so I shall be watching Sky.

THEY ARE STILL ****. Seriously, I wish they'd just leave football alone and let the Beeb have it. They can concentrate on Pop Idol and the crap they do best.

To be fair I think it is possible to be an intelligent analyst without having been a great player - if Benitez, Mourinho and Wenger can all do it as coaches then I'm sure it is possible to do the talking. Not that either of the two mentioned above can, but I don't think you shoudl rule people out just because they never played in the CL.Originally posted by Joe Le Toff View PostHave Townsend and Earle even played in a CL game, even a qualifier??

'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

In 2005 I watched the build up and the 3 Milan goals on SKY, i got so pissed off i ended wandering over to ITV where the glorious fightback happened, i didn't even move from the position i was in in case i jinxed the comeback!! Bloody cramp after the match did not get in the way of the celebrations!
This year i'm not sure whether to watch the build up and 1st half on SKY and then 2nd half till full-time on ITV or watch the full match on ITV (just the match mind, no build-up and hopefully celebrations) .
decisions decisions! We come not to play.
