I'm finding it hard to get myself up. I'm so flat it's unbelievable. It will take me a long time to get over this. I just wish I was waking up in the morning knowing we were the champions of Europe again.

Come on think about it. There are so many distortions with TV. The acoustics of the 2 stadia are different. The positioning of the microphones, the proximity of the crowd to the pitch, the sheer numbers of fans there.

                Yeah, we lost, but FFS!

                Jesus!

                What's with all the nagativity?!

We totally out-played a very good Milan side (one which made Manchester United look like complete chumps, only a couple of weeks back), for 44 minutes, only to go in a (very lucky) goal down at half time.

We had a rough 10 minutes at the start of the 2nd half, but after that, played some good football, but as the game went on, we got more desperate, and HAD to go more attacking, thus opening up space for Milan to attack us.

This was always a very likely outcome, but they were changes that needed to be made, were we to have any chance of getting back into the game.

Rafa did no wrong tonight, (team selection, tactics and substitutions were all spot on), IMO, and neither did the team.

The only thing we were lacking, was REAL quality up front, and I'm sure we'll address this issue come the summer.

I'm proud of Liverpool tonight, and I feel we were hard done to, but hey... that's football!

                We'll be back!

Proud of the players won't say anything bad about any of them but can't help feel we were robbed!!!!!!!!!!
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree totally I can't stand the negativity. We gave it everything in the first half and couldn't score!!

I'm going to bed now because I can't stand this negativity its making me sick!!!
