    Proud - positivity thread

    I'm proud of Liverpool tonight.

We weren't quite there today, but I'm proud because we've made 2 Finals in 3 years, something none of us could ever have dreamed of when Rafa took over almost 3 years ago.

    Thanks Rafa .

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Yup, have to look forward now. Money coming in, great coach, new stadium. Jammy deflected goal at the end of the first half changed a game we were totally controlling. Now we know how milan felt.

I'm proud because we were the best team out there and we never gave up.

The only thing this game showed is where we are lacking, a potent striker, for starters.
I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do best, isn't very nice

                  True.
WE were lacking any sort of presence on the left side too IMO

Rafa can now sort that out.

What we learnt tonight. Football can be cruel. We don't have enough quality in either flank. We need a world class (not just good) forward (or two).

If you get into as many European Cup finals as we do, you're bound to lose the odd one.

Tactics were spot on, we just didn't score. Zenden wasn't as bad as everyone is crying, he didn't cause this.

Thank you Liverpool, I'm proud! Congrats to Milan, maybe they didn't fully deserve this but they outscored us.

                          Roll on next season!

Milan learnt that 2 years ago.

I hope that Rafa can get Tevez and Torres/Huntelaar.
