This is a thread about UEFA not the actions of some of our fans in Athens. There is another thread for that.

UEFA need to take responsibility. You can't be in charge of the biggest club event in the biggest sport in the world and not run it properly.
They have no excuse for poor organisation, if the respective cities/countries cannot guarentee the event is hosted properly and safely then they should not be allowed to host it.

As for actioning UEFA, I think the only way to get these faceless individuals to listen is to do it via the G14. The club needs to be told in no uncertain terms about the problems encountered and they need to bring it up with the G14.
The G14 seem to be the only body UEFA will listen to.

I was nearly one of those thugs. Unitl I realised I was flat broke (not really, just didn't have enough) and my homemade forged ticket was alehouse.

Indeed. I think people should read whole threads before jumping to conclusions.

Thugs and scum are too strong words, i prefer scallies. Yes i was lucky and got a ticket and yes i was goin to go without one but i would not have been trying to force myself into the ground or go in with a blag ticket, its all about respecting other people and a large number of people yesterday didnt.

Let's wait and see until we see more information of what went on.

                              Well you know what?

I'd be pretty pissed too if I paid thousands of pounds for a ticket and would be later denied the entry to the stadium. Imagine that... That's UEFA's fault, not ours!

UEFA couldnt find their own arse if it was itchy. Gaillard is just a **** who always blames UEFA's blunders on the clubs, and not just Liverpool.

I emailed him today and told that I hope all the people who had good tickets and couldnt get in, sue him within an inch of his sorry life.

                                Didnt get a reply yet
