look at the stats mate. Our strikers have scored a reasonable amount of goals.

We simply lack that cutting edge.

We desperately need a clinical finisher aswell, but IMO we need creativity through the middle first.

Ballague said that Benitez wanted a player who could do the donkey work for Kuyt to score goals.
      Forwards.......

It's something we're never going to agree on I fear.
I believe we need a natural striker, someone to make the runs in behind the defenders, someone to be a constant threat to the opposition, someone who can sniff out a goal instinctively.
However you decide to interpret the stats, from what I've seen of us this season, that is one of the things we're missing.

I'd also like to see a left winger and a left back signed.

Aye, luv the lil dynamo. He'd be ace for us.

That clip says he's the same height as me too- altho 10k lighter.
              3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I would say that Tevez is better than Eto'o.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                    And both? We NEED both!

A playmaker and a finisher. One is not good enough, i'm afraid.

i agree with what your saying.

I just think we need the creativity before we get the striker. Its no good having someone that scores shedloads of goals...but the supply to him is pathetic..as ours is the majority of the time.

So are you saying Kuyt and Crouch are not starters for you then?

Yes and gladly, I like Luis, love him even but Tevez has the extra edge of being consistant.
