Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I believed it too much at the time - argueed with Naveed on Kraptalk who thought the earth was going to end when DIC pulled out. Seriously you lot are making my comments gayer.

Who knows. You can't even get some info from Bascombes articles anymore

I still think that we will sign one of Eto'o/Tevez and Alves.

lol I have been away for a week but before I went Mr Rashid was being fairly uncontroversial. Is he turning? Its his normal pattern, this is what happens:

                  1) Registers with site and starts quietly
                  2) Starts talking bollocks and winds everyone up
                  3) Gets banned from site
                  4) Moves on to next site!!

He is now on phase 2. Given that Marky was suspended for winding up then watch Mr Rash go!!! His problem is that he is now banned from most other sites. I thought he may stick with his quiet ways as we may be his last hope!

Kick on Mr Rash its fun while it lasts (I give him 2 months max before he is banned lol)

The key to their plan would have been the new stadium, build what was planned quickly and LFC would be worth a lot more. The most profitable place to be is not winning but what Arsenal are doing, if they ddn't have the stadium debt they would be something amazing. Still bringing in the big money from sponsorship - the most profitable match day operation around and they don't spend on players - they have made a profit the past few years.

If Rafa, SG, JC and XA all sign new contracts on Monday, as rumoured, then watch Bascombe turn his coat...

I fail to see how they can sign new contracts on Monday when they're all away on international duty. Don't you?

I live in Montreal so I know the scoop lads.
Jack Todd is one of the better writers on the Montreal Gazzette but he is always critisizing the club. They last won the cup in 1992 and even then they did not have the best squad in the league. If it was not for their keeper native Quebecer PATRICK ROY who averaged about 40 saves a game they would have struggled to win that cup.
Point is Todd always had it for the club, he found it hard to deal with because American clubs usually have more money to spend on players while the most decorated team in Hockey had to be content with a 2nd rate team containing a couple of class players no more.
Since Gillett took over the team improved slightly, reaching the play offs twice but missing out 3 times including this season.
Gillette won many points with the fans by bringning ex legend player Bob Gainey as the GM of the club a couple of years ago and he in return hired Guy Carbboneau(a winner in the 1992 cup triumph) as the head coach.
The club does not have lots of money due to the salary cap which means they are restricted in paying the top salaries.
I think Gillette is doing better for the club but he's American so TODD always sees fit to have a jab or two at him in the paper.
